ORDERING

How do I place an order with Zaffre?
You may order online, phone, email, or in our showroom.
Is there a minimum order?

We don’t believe in having a minimum. We think everybody should have as little or lot of Zaffre at their event!

What is your cancellation policy?

Rental orders canceled at least 30 days prior to the event will forfeit your 50% deposit.
Rental orders canceled less than 10 days are not eligible for a refund.

How do I know what size linen I need?
We recommend that you contact our Linen Concierge. They will be happy to assist you in selecting the correct linen size. Also feel free to use our Recommended Linen Size Guide, a handy online guide that will help you with all your size options.
Can I edit my order?

We will do our very best to accommodate your changes. Any changes that are made 14 days prior to your shipping date will be subject to a rush fee.

How long is my rental period?
Our standard rental period is 5 days. After 5 days, a late fee will apply.

DESIGN SERVICES

Can you style my event when you deliver my order?
Absolutely, we offer White Glove Service. Let us provide you with a quote today!
Can you prefold my napkins?
Absolutely! We will have your napkins folded and ready to go so that you don’t have to. Let us provide you with a quote today!
What is white glove service?
Our Set & Strike Crew can come on site to set the linens prior to your event and strike the linens after your event events. Let us provide you with a quote today!

PRICING

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
What are your payment terms?
The Renter agrees to pay 50% of the invoice amount to secure the order. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the shipping date.

TRANSPORTATION

What is the trucking delivery fee?
Our trucking fee varies depending on distance.
Do you ship outside of California?
Yes! We ship nationwide.

SAMPLES

Can I get a full linen sample?
Absolutely! We will charge you for the sample and once it's returned and you confirm your order, we will use the credit towards your invoice.
Can I get fabric swatches?
Absolutely! We offer up to 5 complimentary swatches and they will be mailed to you via standard USPS. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
Do you collaborate in marketing events, photo shoots and charity events?
